My husband and I delayed in making a decision on a new furnace. And, wouldn't you know, our furnace died while we were making this decision. Correy and his team had space heaters to our home the same day our furnace died...and a new high efficiency furnace was installed the NEXT DAY! The installation techs were amazing and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with the services provided by Northstar. We would recommend to anyone needing heating/cooling.

Have used this company twice in five years for routine checks/inspection of our central A/C just to make sure everything was running as intended. On time, reasonable rates; professional service. Great to find a company in the service industry that I can trust, which feels like a rarity in Duluth! Our tech, Ron, was straightforward and answered my questions honestly. Never felt like I was being upsold anything. Will definitely be using them for other services - and if we ever have A/C problems!
